This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Green Food Industries via the official website www.greenfoodindustries.com. By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy. Orders placed with Green Food Industries can be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped. Customers must request cancellation within two hours of placing the order. Once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Green Food Industries deals in organic food products and spices, which are perishable in nature. Therefore, refunds are applicable only in specific cases. A refund may be considered if the customer receives a damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect product, or if any item is missing from the order at the time of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return or refund unless there is clear evidence of damage or defect upon arrival. To request a refund, customers must contact Green Food Industries within forty-eight hours of receiving the order by emailing support@greenfoodindustries.com. The request must include the order number, details of the product, reason for the refund, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Refund requests received after this period may not be considered. Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, Green Food Industries may either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking channels and may take up to seven to fourteen business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In cases where the return or refund is approved due to an error on the part of Green Food Industries, the company will bear the return shipping cost. If the issue arises due to incorrect information provided by the customer, including wrong delivery address or unavailability at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. Green Food Industries reserves the right to refuse any refund or cancellation request that does not comply with this policy. The company also reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
